Article 1 — Purpose

These Terms govern the use of the Squadra Planning platform, a SaaS scheduling, time tracking and workforce management service.

Article 2 — Registration

Registration is free and open to any business. Users guarantee the accuracy of information provided. One account corresponds to one organization.

Article 3 — Plans and pricing

Squadra Planning offers: Free, Starter (29 EUR/month excl. tax), Pro (49 EUR/month excl. tax) and Enterprise (custom). Prices are shown excluding tax.

Article 4 — Billing and payment

Billing is monthly or annual. Payment is by credit card via Stripe. Access may be suspended after failed payment reminders.

Article 5 — Free trial

Paid plans include a 14-day free trial with no commitment. No charge during the trial period.

Article 6 — Duration and renewal

Subscriptions are for one month or one year. They renew automatically unless cancelled beforehand.

Article 7 — Cancellation

Cancel anytime from your billing dashboard, with no fees or penalties. Data remains accessible for 30 days.

Article 8 — Availability

Squadra Planning commits to 99.9% uptime excluding scheduled maintenance.

Article 9 — Data ownership

The customer owns their data. Data can be exported at any time in CSV format.

Article 10 — Liability

Squadra Planning is not liable for indirect damages. Total liability is limited to amounts paid in the last 12 months.

Article 11 — Security

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Data isolation by organization. Full audit trail.

Article 12 — Governing law

These Terms are governed by French law. Disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Paris.

• Identity data: name, professional email, role
• Time tracking data: clock in/out times, GPS coordinates, verification photos
• Scheduling data: shifts, availability, absences
• Connection data: IP address, user-agent, timestamps
• Billing data: processed by Stripe; we do not store card numbers
