The founder
Squadra was founded by Jérémie Encaoua in 2024. After 10 years running Le Petit Lunetier (18 stores, 80+ employees), he wanted to build the scheduling tool he never managed to find: flat rate, native multi-store, anti-fraud iPad time clock, one-click payroll export.
The story
Squadra was born from a concrete frustration: no retail scheduling tool offered both a reasonable price for SMBs and full feature coverage. Combo and Skello charge per employee (quickly 500 to 900 € per month). Factorial is a heavy HRIS. Excel does not scale beyond 3 stores. Squadra was built to fill exactly that gap: 29 € per month flat, premium features, modern interface.
