How to connect Lucca

  1. 1Sign in to your Lucca workspace as an administrator
  2. 2Go to Admin → Settings
  3. 3In the "API" section, click "Generate an API key"
  4. 4Name it (e.g. "Squadra Planning") and grant the rights "Read users" + "Read absences"
  5. 5Copy the key (it starts with a UUID) and paste it below
  6. 6Enter your Lucca subdomain (e.g. "my-company" if your URL is my-company.ilucca.net)

Security

  • AES-256-GCM encryption of credentials at rest (only the SHA-256 of the secret is stored on the server).
  • Read-only: no change is made to your Lucca account.
  • Revocable at any time from /admin/integrations.
  • Traceability: each sync is logged (duration, entities, errors).
