How to connect HiBob

  1. 1Connectez-vous à HiBob en tant qu'administrateur
  2. 2Allez dans Integrations → Service Users
  3. 3Cliquez "New Service User"
  4. 4Donnez-lui un nom (Squadra) et attribuez les permissions : "Read Employees", "Read Time Off"
  5. 5Copiez le Service User ID et le Token générés

Security

  • AES-256-GCM encryption of credentials at rest (only the SHA-256 of the secret is stored on the server).
  • Read-only: no change is made to your HiBob account.
  • Revocable at any time from /admin/integrations.
  • Traceability: each sync is logged (duration, entities, errors).
