How to connect HiBob

  1. 1Sign in to HiBob as an administrator
  2. 2Go to Integrations → Service Users
  3. 3Click "New Service User"
  4. 4Name it (Squadra) and grant the permissions "Read Employees" and "Read Time Off"
  5. 5Copy the generated Service User ID and Token

Security

  • AES-256-GCM encryption of credentials at rest (only the SHA-256 of the secret is stored on the server).
  • Read-only: no change is made to your HiBob account.
  • Revocable at any time from /admin/integrations.
  • Traceability: each sync is logged (duration, entities, errors).
