How to connect Factorial HR

  1. 1Sign in to Factorial HR as an administrator
  2. 2Go to Settings → Integrations
  3. 3Look for "API Keys" or "Personal Access Token"
  4. 4Click "Generate new token" with at least the scopes employees:read and leaves:read
  5. 5Copy the token (it starts with "eyJ...") and paste it below

Security

  • AES-256-GCM encryption of credentials at rest (only the SHA-256 of the secret is stored on the server).
  • Read-only: no change is made to your Factorial HR account.
  • Revocable at any time from /admin/integrations.
  • Traceability: each sync is logged (duration, entities, errors).
