How to connect BambooHR

  1. 1Sign in to BambooHR
  2. 2Click your avatar (top right) → API Keys
  3. 3Click "Add New Key", name it (e.g. "Squadra") → Generate Key
  4. 4Copy the key right away (it will not be shown again)
  5. 5The subdomain is the first part of your BambooHR URL

Security

  • AES-256-GCM encryption of credentials at rest (only the SHA-256 of the secret is stored on the server).
  • Read-only: no change is made to your BambooHR account.
  • Revocable at any time from /admin/integrations.
  • Traceability: each sync is logged (duration, entities, errors).
