Working vs business days
Working days are Monday to Friday. Business days add Saturday. The 11 federal holidays can be excluded, and the federal observance rule is applied: a holiday falling on a Saturday is observed the Friday before, one falling on a Sunday the Monday after. State and local holidays are not included, and neither is any day your own business chooses to close.
